EFSA and conflicts of interest

 The storm about conflicts of interest in the European Food Safety Authority continues,  caused by the revolving doors with Syngenta, Monsanto, ILSI and Danone:

The European Parliament has failed to approve EFSA's budget, because of conflicts of interest:

The chair of EFSA's management board moved straight to the International Life Sciences Institute, ILSI, the food and drinks industry lobby group:

In April, EFSA  did not act on the revolving doors scandal when the head of EFSA's GMO unit moved straight to the biotechnology corporation Syngenta with no two-year "cooling off" period.
